Thomas “Duke” Robertson, Founder

Technology & Metrics Director | Community Innovator | Digital Transformation Strategist

Thomas “Duke” Robertson Jr. is a visionary leader dedicated to empowering communities through technology, education, and strategic innovation. As the Technology & Metrics Director for Oak Hill Regional Community Development Corporation (Oak Hill RCDC), he has led statewide initiatives that bridge the digital divide and connect Mississippians to vital health, wellness, and social resources. Through his leadership, Oak Hill has expanded its digital footprint across Mississippi — from developing the HOPE App and “Healthy Together Mississippi” campaigns to producing multimedia outreach tools that inform, inspire, and engage communities at every level.

A passionate advocate for digital equity, Duke founded Kaleidoscope Consulting Firm LLC, a technology-driven consultancy helping nonprofits, churches, and small businesses embrace modern solutions. His firm provides hands-on training in areas such as work readiness, digital marketing, live-streaming, and mobile app integration — empowering clients to transform their missions into measurable impact. With an eye for both creativity and strategy, Duke specializes in building systems that make technology accessible and meaningful for organizations serving diverse audiences.

Blending faith, purpose, and innovation, Duke’s work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities through education, connection, and opportunity. He is instrumental in programs that promote responsible fatherhood, healthy relationships, and economic stability across the Mid-South, including Oak Hill’s D.A.D.S. Initiative and Healthy Together Mississippi. His approach combines data-driven insight with grassroots engagement, ensuring that technology serves as a bridge — not a barrier — to human progress.

Duke is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi, holding a Bachelor of Multi-Disciplinary Studies with minors in Entrepreneurship, General Business, and Sociology. Whether training community leaders, producing virtual webinars, or consulting with churches on digital outreach, he continues to champion innovation that uplifts people, strengthens partnerships, and builds a healthier, more connected Mississippi.
